Although If you have received any wrong, defective or damaged products, then your order will be eligible for exchange and replacement. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For that, a clear and correct video recording of the opening package is needed for a replacement for the same product only. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In a video, first, all sides of the parcel should be visible that it is packed it should be shown from every side with billing detail on it. If we find that the video is edited, not clear, not recorded properly, and the details are not clear, we have the right to cancel your request for product replacement.
